General Provisions

This personal data processing policy has been drawn according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine “Of the protection of personal data.” It determines the procedure for processing of personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data of SALESDOUBLER LLC (hereinafter referred to as SALESDOUBLER).

SALESDOUBLER sets as its most important goal and condition for carrying out of its activity the observance of the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen in the processing of his/her personal data, including protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

This personal data processing policy of SALESDOUBLER (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is applied to all information that SALESDOUBLER can receive about visitors of the https://salesdoubler.pro website.

Basic concepts used in the Policy

Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology;

SALESDOUBLER – a legal person that independently or jointly with other persons, organizes and (or) carries out processing of personal data, as well as determines purposes of processing of personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) that are performed with personal data;

User – any visitor of the website https://salesdoubler.pro;

Providing of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing of personal data to a certain person or a circle of persons;

SALESDOUBLER may process the following personal data of the User:

• Full Name;
• E-mail address;
• Phone numbers;
• City of residence;
• Payment details;
• Traffic channels;
• Own WEB-resources.

The site also collects and processes anonymous data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrika and Google Analytics, and others). Further as the text of the Policy goes the abovementioned data are united by the general concept of Personal data.

Purposes of personal data processing

The purpose of processing of User’s personal data is to inform a User by sending e-mails; to provide a User with access to the services, information and/or materials that are presented on the website.

SALESDOUBLER also has the right to send notifications to a User about new products and services, special offers and various events. A User can always decline receiving of informational messages by sending an email to SALESDOUBLER to info@salesdoubler.com.ua with the note “Opt out of notifications about new products and services and special offers.” Impersonal data of Users that were collected using Internet statistics services are used to collect information about the actions of Users on the site to improve the quality of the site and its content.

Legal grounds for processing of personal data

SALESDOUBLER processes User’s personal data only if they are filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms that are presented on the website https://salesdoubler.pro. By filling out of the relevant forms and/or sending its personal data to SALESDOUBLER, the User expresses his/her consent to this Policy.

SALESDOUBLER processes anonymized data about a User, if it is allowed in the User’s browser settings (saving cookies and using JavaScript technology are enabled).

The procedure for collecting, storage, transferring and other types of processing of personal data

The security of personal data that are processed by SALESDOUBLER is ensured by implementing of legal, organizational and technical measures that are necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

SALESDOUBLER ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent access to the personal data by unauthorized persons.

User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases that relate to realization of the acting legislation.

In case of detection of inaccuracies in personal data, a User can update them independently by sending to SALESDOUBLER of a notification to the email address of SALESDOUBLER info@salesdoubler.com.ua marked “Updating personal data.”

The term for processing of personal data is unlimited. A user may at any time revoke his/her consent to processing of personal data by sending to SALESDOUBLER of a notification by
e-mail to the email address of SALESDOUBLER info@salesdoubler.com.ua marked “Withdrawal of consent to processing of personal data.”

Cross-border transfer of personal data

Before starting of cross-border transfer of personal data, SALESDOUBLER is obliged to make sure that the foreign state to whose territory it is planned to transfer personal data provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

Cross-border transfer of personal data in the territory of foreign states that do not meet the abovementioned requirements can be carried out only if there is a written consent of the subject of personal data to the cross-border transfer of his/her/its personal data and/or fulfilment of the agreement, to which the subject of personal data is a party.

This document will reflect any changes in the personal data processing policy of SALESDOUBLER. The Policy is valid indefinitely until a new version replaces it.
